These folks are such a soup sandwiche, as a buyer that canceled a land deal knowing I was forfeiting the earnest money central colorado title gave me the money back after I questioned it multiple times. Two weeks later they made claims to my real-estate agent Full Circle Real Estate group that I was evading them (defamation) and wanted the money back. After speaking to Alisa Sparrow who admitted she only called once and did not leave a message and that this was handled wrong, she also told me that she would email the folks involved to clear the air that this was their fault and once again lied they have not followed through but I ensured that as of Monday 21 Oct 2024 I wired the money back to them so I made sure I followed through. I would not trust these backwoods clowns to handle anything highly recommend using other title company.

Nearly 7 years after closing, I reached out to them for one of the documents that I couldn't find at the city or county offices. They had kept it and had sent it within 10 minutes of me calling asking them for it! Saved me a lot of hassle!

They swore they did research on a quit claim deed but I'm fact did not. Not only did the people filing for a quit claim deed not hold the title but was notarized with false information in another state prior to bringing it to the salida location. The lady I spoke with tried to cover for the crooks by saying research was done. But in fact if it was they would have found out the LLC is not registered and the address is false. They said it was a clerical issue on their part but couldn't have been if they didn't write it up for the cloent
