Land title is the best. Much better communication and ease than the other title company in Durango … very streamlined process and good communication.

Colorado title and closing services I would not recommend … difficulty opening and printing documents … very little help from personnel.
Was very stressful wiring proceeds because instructions did not print correctly …. Refused to help resolve issue basically. Very stressful and almost lost the contract to purchase.
