Jr and Bobby just helped my mom to sell her house. The house was in need of lots of repairs and improvements but they both jumped right in spending far more of their time then would be expected in the normal scope of putting the house up for sale. Not only coordinating with contractors but spending tons of their personal time making improvements and cleaning up the property themselves. They were able to get my aging mother far more for her property then she was expecting and were totally awesome too deal with throughout the process.
