Sorry it took so long to post. Life has been busy. There is so many wonderful things to say about this law firm and I don’t even know where to begin, but first off they took a chance on me when no one else would and got me everything I could and much more. The whole staff is amazing and so kind. I felt so comfortable talking to anyone in their office. They always believed me and gave me all the tools to help my case. They fought hard for me and took all the time and researched everything to get me all I deserved. It was never about my settlement with them, it was just having Dave believe in me and always so compassionate about what I was going through. He listens and makes you feel like family! I was injured in a car accident which wasn't my fault in January of 2013. Originally I wasn't going to hire a lawyer but, after a few months of trying to deal with the other guy's insurance company, I felt the need to. I did some research and met with a few different attorneys but, after meeting Dave Webster I knew he was going to be the lawyer I hired. He was very personable and knowledgeable. As time went on, I was more and more impressed at how professional Dave was. He and his staff Lexi and Cindy were always on top of things which helps as I needed all the help I could get. My case was settled and I am very happy with the services I received from Dave Webster. He and his staff are," AWESOME!" My experience was made better with their help and support. I sustained serious injuries in June 2010 when a truck ran into my motor scooter. It was my family who suggested I might need a lawyer. In those first few weeks I was overwhelmed and fairly incapacitated. Meanwhile, my daughter did some research on the personal injury lawyers in Colorado Springs. She noticed the law practice of Jaray and Webster had a reputation of being knowledgeable and caring. Ken actually came to my house where I was convalescing. I was impressed with his professional yet personable demeanor. And he was very reassuring that I would be able to get what I needed to take care of my medical needs. I was quite relieved that I would not have to deal with insurance and bills. It actually lightened my load and helped me to put my energy into healing. I met with Ken and/or Dave on a regular basis. They also sent me copies of all their correspondences with the insurance company. They consulted with me on every step of the way. Whenever I had a question they responded quickly with an answer. Healing took longer than I initially anticipated. I will forever be grateful to Dave for guiding me to resources that helped me understand the extent of my injuries. Cindy is knowledgeable and very caring. She was instrumental in helping me manage an issue with the insurance company. Stephanie is warm and engaging. She always made me feel like she was happy to see me and willing to do what she could to help me. They were all genuinely concerned about my well being and would call just to ask how I was doing. Also, I am in awe of how they live what they preach. Their community involvement is impressive. They established the Restorative Mediation Project. Ken is a founder of the Pike Peak Challenge. And they are aligned with the Brain Injury Alliance of Colorado and Association for Conflict resolution. This speaks volumes about them. They settled the case providing me with enough funds to cover my needs. I feel fortunate, both professionally and personally, that I had the opportunity to work with them.

My three daughters, myself and a friend of my daughter's were all involved in a serious car accident in 2007. There were 10 cars involved -- myself and my two older daughters were hurt. I was out of work for six weeks and my 15 year old daughter lost most of her sophmore year in high school due to her head injury. I knew with the logisitics of such a large accident and the extent of our injuries, I would need a lawyer to settle our case. I interviewed three different lawyers and what I liked most about Ken was his personable approach. I felt he was easy going but would get the job done! During this long process Dave Webster came on board and took over our case. Dave was exceptional and personable as well. He related well to my teenage daughters who eventually became college students. In the end, Dave helped us settle in mediation but would have gone all the way to a court trial if needed! Auto insurance companies are very hard to deal with and the process is cumbersome. If you are ever involved in an auto accident, hire Jaray and Webster to get the results you want!

The Webster Law Firm is truly amazing. I can't say enough about the professionalism they display, the knowledge they have, and their genuine desire to help their clients. They all work hard and diligently and when it comes to children being involved they always have the child's best interest at heart. I would absolutely recommend them and they all individually have a place in my heart for everything they have done for my son and I.

Dave, Cindy and Lexi are now family. This firm is honest, hard working and they were geniuelly concerned that my wife and I were treated right. This firm treated us like part of their family and I couldn't be any happier with the decision to hire them during this rough patch of our lives.
My wife and I were involved in an auto accident in which we weren't at fault. The lady that hit us just had minimal insurance and the medical bills were astronomical. Dave worked extremely hard with our insurance company to get all bills taken care of and some money in our pockets for all the pain and discomfort. Thanks Again!!
