Alex Berry is a great person to have on your side. He helped me get through my DUI case and was very helpful to say the least. It was my first time in this type of legal trouble and he made me feel comfortable, knowledgable about what was going on, and helped me get a better outcome on my case. Alex Berry is all you could ever want in a lawyer. He was honest and realistic when discussing the facts of my case with me, and helped me achieve the best possible outcome. I had gotten myself a dui, then hired him for that case, then got another while awaiting the results of the first! I absolutely screwed myself, and he got me 1 case completely differed. and the other a plea with 0 jail time. I would have no doubt been thrown in prison, and had my life tanked if it wasn't for Mr. Berry. He is very reasonably priced, and will work with you to make a manageable payment plan. he even cares about his clients enough, that when I really screwed myself and got a second DUI, he even gave me a significant discount for his services on my second case. I could not recommend Mr. Berry enough!

Alex Berry was great! Took my case on very short notice and was prepared and professional from beginning to end. In short, my ex wife's boyfriend (career felon) had been physically assaulting my two daughters. I had a permanent restraining order against him and my daughters. The next day I received a restraining order from him (retaliatory). Alex took him to task in cross examination. Even with a very challenging and difficult "judge" Alex used excellent tact, wit, diplomacy, and common sense to get the case thrown out. Dismissed with prejudice. I recommend retaining Alex Berry. You never know what kind of "judge" you may get these days. It's worth the money trust me. Thanks again Alex!

I would highly recommend Alex Berry, he has helped my wife with her cases. Is professional in all aspects of dealing with the cases and was able to answer any question concerns you will have. He is very reasonable with his pricing, and besides you are getting a top lawyer on your side. When you are going through a stressful situation nothing is better than having him on your side. Do not settle with a lawyer that is average, settle with above average and that is exactly what Alex is all about, he will fight for you in all aspects of your case. Another plus side about Alex is that he works with you paying for him, most lawyers want the money up front, he can work with you and put you in a payment plan.
