NoCo Estate Sales has always provided an excellent experience, from listings to pickup! Their photos and descriptions are clear, they are quick to reply to questions, the orders are well organized for pickup, and their employees are helpful and friendly! They make every effort to provide excellent customer service, and I have returned to bid on several auctions. I highly recommend this company!

I was a buyer in an estate sale auction they had a few months ago. I only won 2 small items, but still drove 30 mins to pick them up. When I got there it was very disorganized and they had people running all over looking for items. They told me to follow one guy who made me go around the back, through some bushes, and through 2 separate gates to a secluded and sketchy empty area that obviously had none of my items. I felt uncomfortable so went back to the front while they continued to look. They found one of my items but not the other. The man who seemed to be in charge apologized profusely and said he would continue looking or give me a refund. I was very polite, as I understand things happen, so said that's fine and left. When I hadn't heard about either several days later, I called just to make sure they were processing my refund. I also mentioned very briefly to the girl that the whole thing was very disorganized, as I just thought she should know for the future, and she rudely replied "have you ever even bid in an auction before?" When I replied that yes, I've been a vintage reseller for years and have bid in many she just got extremely huffy and said my refund will be processed in about a week.
I left the whole thing alone, but just realized that they have since banned me from participating in their estate sales. I was completely polite throughout this whole thing, never once " berating" anyone as they have since replied (seriously...their response is completely not what happened.)
Very unprofessional company with rude employees. Would definitely not want them to handle my estate!

When downsizing from our Loveland home we wanted to liquidate as soon as possible. Barrett responded to our inquiry almost immediately, he was polite, professional and friendly. After choosing No Co Estate Sales to work with Barrett gave me a timeline and kept me up to date on the progress his team was making. The online sale went well, it was during Christmas vacation and the buyers were there!!! Afterwards, per my request, they cleaned up any leftover items. We were pleased all the way around. I couldn't recommend them more highly.
