We are absolutely grateful for Melissa Segers, whose experiences as a lawyer perfectly prepared her to represent our son! From the outset of her career, her heart has been to help “at-risk” youth turn their lives around; although we don’t consider our son “at-risk” (I suppose no parent wants to), he’s certainly made some decisions (as have we all) that potentially put him at risk for a very difficult adult life. We needed an attorney for a criminal matter and thankfully we found Nikea Bland from O’Malley and Sawyer. My husband is in his 50’s and relies on his spotless criminal history for employment but found himself in a unfortunate situation needing representation due to a dispute with a neighbor. I called and was directed to Mrs.Bland, one of the attorneys at the firm. From day one she made us a priority and kept the experience as painless as possible. I cannot say enough good things about Nikea. She is caring, dedicated, and has the drive and tenacity to get things done! She knew we needed this dealt with ASAP and she went above and beyond our expectations and kept my husband working due to making us a priority and getting a great deal in a very short time period . When we made our final appearance at court ( which we only had the initial and the final one. Two in total ) we were very happy with the deal he was getting but she got him an even better one before we could sign the paperwork! If you ever find yourself in an unfortunate situation needing representation or know someone else needing representation Nikea Bland is the attorney you’re looking for! She is also very reasonable on her fees and worked with us. Honestly it wouldn’t have mattered if she did charge more because she is definitely worth it! I’d give her 10 stars if I could!
