I am an attorney myself, but when I suffered a closed head injury in a car accident, I knew that that I would need an attorney that is 1) knowledgeable about my type of injury 2) knowledgeable about insurance company practices and 3) a persistent negotiator. I am extremely pleased that I hired Keith. He met or surpassed all of my expectations. Keith stayed in regular contact with me, took time to explain complex ideas, and thoroughly and timely answered all my questions. It was obvious that he had an in depth understanding of my type of injury and the overall claim and litigation picture at the initial interview. Ultimately, Keith was able to negotiate a higher settlement than I would have even thought to ask myself, and following his advice always led to better gains. I would recommend Keith without reservation.

I reached out to The Frankl Law Firm based on a recommendation from another attorney. I was hopeful based on the number of positive reviews and the fact that Attorney Frankl seemed to specialize in my issue. The response was prompt but was only one sentence. “I cannot help.” I attempted to get clarification to help direct me. (Not a valid case?, Does he have a full case load at the moment?, Other firms I can consider?) There was no further response. Disappointing.
