The days of Andy Griffen are over. When police show up now, they start barking orders, using force when someone doesn't immediately comply. Doesn't matter if they're deaf, mentally challenged, or having a diabetic episode

This department is one of the most inept departments I have ever witnessed. They hire “men” that lack testicular fortitude when it comes to “danger”. I watched numerous people call 911 and be told these weak, sorry excuses couldn’t come out to help stop someone from being mailed, then a few days later, watched their cruiser drive through the parking lot of an area they claimed they couldn’t come to. It’s departments like this that make people dislike police in general. It’s definable clear that to be an officer for this department, you have to be a weak clown that’s too simple to do the right thing and hide behind red tape.

DLFuente and two other officers apparently couldn't handle an autistic man or even recognize that he had a disability. Their solution: violence and pepper spray.

As a recent person of interest, possibly the perpetrator of a theft, I found the performance of officer M. Zarate and Sgt Beaver quite restrained and yet professional. Doubtful that we'll ever know what exactly "went down" but they served and protected all parties without bias or prejudice.

There is no justification for your treatment of that autistic man, Nick Pletnikoff. You knew about his mental disability. For shame. These policemen should lose their jobs. I hope Nick and his family sue you for millions.
