The young woman tending the bar was friendly and great to talk to. Great atmosphere and music. And most of all the beer was the best compared to other breweries I’ve been to during this Alaskan cruise trip.

Stopped in to try a Spruce Tip Beer. Loved it. The atmosphere was less than authentic. The feel was more of a tourist trap and souvenir shop. Food options were very limited. Beer was great though!

Visited in July, 2024 during a Princess Cruise. The staff greeted us quickly, and found a great couch out back to enjoy a couple flights. My brother-in-law really liked the raspberry beer. Having a few, while looking at the mountains was amazing. Great shirt selection too!

If you want a tasty brew without all the glitzy glam and fuss (it's a good thing I promise) this is the place. Walked in and the staff were so so friendly right off the bat. They knew they were a bit busy because of so many ships arriving that day and were very up front and apologetic. We weren't in a rush so we happily grabbed a barrel and a menu out on the patio. Someone was over to us almost immediately to take our order and apologized again as it may be a minute before our flights came out. We said no worries and chatted away. Less than five minutes later our flights arrived. Definitely not slow service at all. As for our flight, it was absolutely fantastic. The Original Lager was our favorite but the Devil's Punchbowl was a close second. I was bummed I couldn't bring any back on the ship lol. All-in-all a great visit. I really can't say enough about how friendly the staff was either. Highly recommended if you're in Skagway for a visit ?

Great selection of beers! Most craft breweries are focused on their ales and IPAs, these guys have a tap list primarily composed of anything else. It’s almost impossible to find lagers at craft breweries, even though they are delicious. My mom’s favorite beer is an amber lager, and they brew just that! Talking to our server, she told us the winter months are reserved for slow-brewing that malty goodness. Great use of time!

The hoppy brews are also amazing 🙂

I visited this brewery during a stop on an Alaskan cruise. They had a great variety of brews and awesome staff. I wish I had more time to enjoy this spot.

Started off a little cold. They were pretty busy and the waitress seemed a bit stressed and short with her answers. Loved the beer and the flight and loved the three waitresses who helped us buy some shirts. Back to the cruise ship we go!

Super friendly staff (especially if you have a dog; they are very excited to see a pups)! Cozy heated and covered patio in the back for those colder days with a variety of communal seating. Definitely worth the detour if you're either driving through Alcan or hopping off a ship.
