I was very happy to have Snow, Carpio & Weekley represent me for my workers compensation case. Very professional. Alex and Brenda were amazing. They were only an email away, even when I was just checking in with them on the status of things. After winning both of my claims my attorney Charles Wilmer worked diligently to get my claims process. Bonnie West the Legal Assistant who was helping him went above and beyond when processing MSRs, milage reimbursement and time off reimbursement. If I had questions along the way, which happened often, Bonnie was very pleasant in making sure I understood how the whole process goes. Mr. Wilmer and Bonnie always made sure to advocate for us when needing approval for medical procedures, supplies or reimbursement of any sort. I cant thank Bonnie enough for her kindness, understanding, and in depth knowledge of the whole workmanship comp process along with her promptness in working with the insurance company to get our MSR, reimbursements and back payments processed.
