I received a letter from Dan regarding a client of his who made untrue accusations about my family. The letter was extremely unprofessional and jumped straight to conclusions without any evidence when, in fact, his client was behaving abhorrently. I do not envy the work he does and am aware he represents people in desperate situations. Some are willing to lie to leverage in their favor, even if they are committing crimes. The wording of his letter was as if he was giving his personal rather than professional perspective. The letter was laughable. I have no law background but I responded via letter with my own rebuttal and thankfully it silenced he and his client. If you are in the situation of needing to make false accusations about family and friends in order for things to work in your favor, it is pathetic, but Dan has proven he will blindly go forward for a fee (that I imagine only a sugar daddy would agree to pay), clearly willing to throw the wrong people under the bus. If you are looking for that then you might benefit from him.

Mr. Barron is an outstanding attorney. He has represented me for nearly 3 years through a high conflict pre and post divorce experience, and most importantly has guided me in making the best possible decisions for myself and my child. Dan is a confident spokesperson in court, a creative mediator in the midst of complicated hostility, and extremely fair in his billing of me his client. Dan is extremely honest and won't tell you what you want to hear. He also will charge you for his time. Duh. A previous post was made by Mary Blevins that I would like to address. Daniel Barron represented me in my divorce case, and Ms. Blevins is the mother of my ex. She never had any contact with my attorney in anyway, and is clearly a disgruntled parent of the opposing side.

Mr. Barron put my children’s needs first every step of the way. His communication with me as his client was exceptional and I felt included in my case the entire time. He is knowledgeable of the law and goes above and beyond, around the clock to meet deadlines.

I will forever be grateful for his devotion to me as a client and I will continue to use his services as long as needed! I wish I could give him more stars...

Going through a divorce is difficult enough. While having to muddle through the personal issues one doesn’t always have a clear head to deal with the legal issues. Dan, has been a blessing to have as council. Dan is concise, fair minded and pays attention to the legal needs of his client. If you are looking for a mean, nasty attorney you still really should pass on this one. Yes, his legal tactics walk a fine line ethically and his morals are not apparent, but while he may "win" for you he will suck all the money out of everyone's pockets along the way. Please note that in his description of himself and his firm, while he is very clear that his partner claims to put the well-being of children first, he says nothing about caring about children - or anyone else - himself. At least he is honest about that!
