Contacted several times took months for someone to get back and then they gave me 5 days I called and called and called and called no one answers no one ever gets back to me communication is horrible I really needed help with my daughter and her disability was Social Security to get guardianship and they basically have just ignored me like I'm just I guess not important of course if they ever get a hold of me I'll ask him why it took so long but if they do end up helping me and things go well I'll change my review

Put in application for my sister and my sister talked to a woman which told her a lawyer would be call which he did he informed her to document everything and email it to the lady that had contacted her which I did that for her and my sister has called and left multiple messages to make sure she received the email i sent for her. Not sure what my sister should do next because she still never got a call back or a email. so I told my sister to keep calling everyday and hopefully they contact her soon

I came to 400 arizona st and the building is empty. I called the number and the only way to speak with someone is if i k ow the first 3 letters of their last name this is the stupidest system i ever encountered

Well, there is a short process to sign up. Called # pressed 2, then your on your was. Got a return phone call back from them twice that, and following. Unfortunately I ended up Severe Pancreatitis and been laid up. I will be touch with them personally on 6/6/22. I'll give you a more accurate review on Monday, and the steps you'll need to take, like pre registration. Looking forward to seeing them. Their going to laugh with me when i show them a show just cause order from 14yrs ago. That's all the Judge gave me. I knew him before he became Judge, but really! I asked him 3 times, what just cause is or means, he failed to tell. Handed me a piece of paper to the qualified place i can go, and he gave me till Oct 15th. This is the 3rd time. I definitely have anything or everything about just cause for a D.U.I. in 2008. And the judge at the time ordered no such thing, since i completed 2 recovery centers. Been sober for over 7 years. So I'll keep you posted and for th ok se of you that don't know what just cause means, I'll fill you in after I talk to the nice Personal at Legal Aid. ✌

Personally, I was able to speak with the receptionist, who was very nice, but it would have been nice to have the attorney actually here what I had to say instead of a readers digest version from the receptionist while I waited in the waiting room. IF they don't want to let the customer actually talk to the attorney themselves, so the attorney can get the story from the person who was actually INVOLVED in the case, then they must not care, totally. Maybe I should have presented myself and my case better.
