I have spoken to this firm 3 times on the phone over the last year when my Mom was unable to. Neither of those times was I given proper time & attention to help my mother live and die with dignity and respect. Ultimately, this firm did not appear to care one bit about the death of the person who hired them and was under the control of her husband and another daughter. THE LOVE OF MONEY BY ANY PERSON IS THE ROOT OF ALL EVIL.

If you appreciate a professionally run office that returns phone calls and does what they say they will do, you'll need to look at another firm. Fitzgibbons is the most unprofessional firm I have worked with.

Hmmm..... I felt they were more interested in the 100$ consultation fee. The lady at the desk wasn’t very kind and they assumed a lot. I want to warn other consumers they are not passionate about you. Only themselves. I’ve hired a lot of attorneys before. This wasn’t a good fit..... I need a person who wants to fight for me. This guy fought hard for the consult fee. It’s ok. I’ll find someone who cares about the client. They are out there. Be warned this is my experience.....
