Great place for delivery, arrived a day early, checked in at the computer, and got a door within 20 minutes. They are already unloading me. In general, if there's no line, you'll spend no more than an hour here.

Good place to come deliver at. Over night parking, plenty of room to back up, Checked in at office use computer on right side as soon as you walk in. Input load number Trailer number and phone number and wait for text for dock door assignment. Was here fir about 2 hours.

Really simple process. You go to the office, check in using the computer, You get a text to wait for door, after that you get another text when door is available. Really fast loading. When finished, You get another text telling you not to move the truck. You get the gist

Well I had a midnight appointment but didn’t know it. A gentleman came out to bring a driver his BOL so I got his attention and asked him what the deal was. I told him I had arrived at 11:30 AM and my appointment was scheduled from 6 AM to 12 PM. In at this time it was already around 4 PM that afternoon. The guy told me that honestly sometimes the brokers give drivers and dispatch a different time that’s inaccurate from our actual appointment times. Which is honestly a common practice with brokers. He told me he would go in and check do you know my paperwork and everything and see what the holdup was. Honestly we hear that all the time from warehouse workers or associates. But the dude actually kept his word and looked in on the situation for me. That’s when he informed me that my actual appointment time was for a midnight. By this time it was a little bit after 5 PM when he called me on my phone. I appreciated the fact that he took the time to notify me. Then I received my text at 7:59 PM with my dock assignment number. Broke the seal gave it to the young lady she had me unloaded probably in about 15 minutes if that. I was out of there by 8:32 PM. I greatly appreciated the expedited service!
