I have been alienated from my children for over 13 years. Easily can be proven, meaning ex would be held in contempt. His firm ignored these facts and tried to help my ex wife get part of military disabiity retirement pay. Do Not go to this location about anything with your children if you are a male, a servicemember, or especially a person of any demographics besides white. Will puposely not work for you and allow his unethical assistants to ruin your attorney/ client relationship. I had a sure win case... this firm, sonia ramirez office right next door, and numerous of judges and staff at yuma county superior court...conspired to have me lose an open shut case on military disability retirement. He wrongfully withdrew left me stranded and i had to plea my own case....i had to win it in AZ COURT OF APPEALS on MY OWN. A Motion to compel was filed against me even though phone recording proved his office had paperwork....don't go to this place...i keep seeing these false 5 star ratings imma post court documents proving other wise... you can easily verify cases where the paralegals were fighting for the opposing party... your office left me on my own and lied to the court of me agreeing to let you all withdraw. Judy and the other paralegal were adamant about ignoring the fact my ex wife were denying me my parenting time for over 10 years... so unless you all do this alot and give the client a full refund... I'm sure you all know who this is...libel and slander don't count against facts court documents, emails, and voice recordings 😉... so stop playing dumb...or outright lying... yall know who this is... and i won without you all.
