Excellent salesperson, he was very low pressure like a friend showing you the options available now. He was able to point us in our price range without being insulting or condescending. But, we did get a mattress on the higher end (to us anyway). We tried & retried (with pillows, of course about 6 mattresses. I’m very happy with the one we got but, that black one was really cool!! Thank you Shane for all your help & patience. Personality & a good attitude is so important!! A++++

Shane really took the time to educate us on mattresses and was beyond helpful. Super genuine gentleman who really wanted to make sure we got the bed that we needed. Was not pushy at all or your typical sales man. He really just wanted to make sure we felt supported during our mattress finding journey for our little one. I have never purchased a mattress in a store I’ve been suspect of the fluorescent-lighted warehouse stores and frankly, I think the design needs a major update. It feels cheesy for what, in my opinion, ought to be more of a home-like experience for such an important purchase. But our salesman, Shane DeRolf at this location was an absolute gem of a guy. He was quick to establish rapport and trust. While I was busy dealing with a credit bureau for 30 minutes to unfreeze my account, Shane kept the experience positive. Our purchase was made and as we left, each of us gave Shane a hug, not a handshake. It was a pleasure making a purchase with Shane and Mattress Warehouse.

The most pleasant and easiest mattress purchase ever! Sean greeted us and asked what we were looking for. I gave a vague idea and he knew the perfect mattress.
