I was attacked by a person named Bradley Stewart.. blocked my family and I with concrete barricades.. on my dirty road.. the concrete barricades are on the teller county sheriff department images.. 3 concrete blocks. I called 911 during this event.. they were busy due to a fire near by.. witch me and my family where in the evacuate zone.. now we are blocked in.. I called 911.. when they get there nothing happened to Bradley or his friend who had an AR 15 strapped to his chest.
Nothing was ever done about this by teller county sheriff or cripple creek police.. evidence is there
It is illegal to block a public road
And there is a family that needed that road. About to be on a stand by exaction. y'all didn't care about us... We know
I'm so glad Bradley Stewart had a brain aneurysm serves him right
I feel safer

Rubendorf was supposed to prosecute a case involving a probation officer swatting a disabled veteran numerous times. Video evidence and witnesses were ignored. Don’t expect justice here. This office doesn’t even know that POST allows citizens to file complaints against the police. This office has for years ignored its citizens.

Teller County is in the mountains, small towns, most with no local police, just the Teller County Sherriff's. There's two court rooms, each with one DA, one person to handle a huge case load every day, so talking to the DA is like pulling teeth. Go to the office and talk to their assistants, the nicest people in the world and the most helpful!

This DA is a joke and should be fired, it’s 100% NOT ok for someone to walk into someone else’s yard pull a gun and then point it at that person and then shoot that gun into the ground with a 5 year old in the direction he shot the gun…teller county is a joke and so are all the losers working in that courthouse. Screw all of you for letting this guy walk with nothing.

I can never get through, we've had an investigation going for almost two years! No closure, no charges, no joke. No calls back!!! It's sad really.
