Every time I had a question or needed something, if I didn’t get an answer instantly, I had it by the next day. Mr. Price took time personally to meet with me and answer questions and help with the chaos that is a lawsuit. Heuser and Heuser has been so wonderful in handling my case. I was going to navigate this process on my own. What a mistake that would have been because I was more injured and suffered more damages than I had originally thought. This is why you should never try to settle a case on your own or try to navigate this very complicated process alone!

My case became more complicated by the fact that the at fault driver tried to place the fault with me. So Heuser and Heuser had their work cut out for them from the very beginning of the case! Having settled the first part of my case I feel patient, relaxed and confident that they will continue to settle my case in an effective successful and beneficial way for me!

Aaron Sebastian, one of the lawyers with Heuser and Heuser was phenomenal to work with! He worked really hard to get me the right treatment at the right times and then got me an awesome settlement at the very end. Katie and Rhonda the Legal assistant and ParaLegal were also so great to work with, Katie especially was very responsive and would get back to me with updates along the way so I never felt in the dark with the process, being that it was my first time in an accident, it was a little daunting, but they made it easy and handled everything.
