If I could give zero stars I would. Roberta Gentili is easily the most rude and unprofessional person I've ever come across. She is unpleasant, unhelpful, argumentative and insulting. I've interacted with her on several occasions and each time has been worse than the last. I cannot state this strongly enough: find someone else.
