We absolutely adore our LSH VA's. Even being contracted, they have each become an integral part of our team and we would be worse off without them. LSH has been great to work with. Our POC's, Gwen and Lianne, have always been great at taking our feedback (positive and corrective) and using it to hold coaching's to tailor their internal training to match ours. Miguel, Pring, Esse, and Victor are all assets that are willing to fill in and help in any way they can. They show up and bring a positive attitude that brightens the atmosphere of our firm - both internally and with our clients. I highly recommend LSH services!
