Jim was so wonderful to work with. Going through the motions of my first traffic ticket was nerve-racking and he got my ticket reduced and had me take a class to further the reduction. He took care of everything and I barely had to say a word during my court appearance which eased my nerves. The other reviews are true. Jim is an awesome guy. I was facing a 20 point ticket because I had a new fast car. Jim was able to get me down to a 6 point ticket(after taking a class) and a reasonable fine. I wasn't able to make it to court and Jim attended on my behalf. This was without any other tickets on my record in 5 years. If you are in the same/similar boat do not worry, just call Jim.
