I filled out their online form for a consultation, and didn't hear back. Then I called in, spoke with their representative, who said I would be hearing from them shortly. Never got a call back. Honestly, if you are looking for a professional firm to handle your business, I would look elsewhere.

Selecting the right firm is critical. Choose wisely, it's your most important decision. Torbet Tuft & McConkie is a GREAT firm. Randy, Hans & Alyssa truly care about their clients, are professional, responsive, and tough negotiators. Every time we talked, met, or emailed they were focused and on top of my case. Lawsuits have lots of moving parts with many witnesses and experts. They conducted each deposition / interrogatory with diligence and tenacity. The other side folded. I couldn't be happier with the results.

If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. Initially, we were impressed with Oliver Shaw. After our consultation we signed an agreement to work together, and we were expecting to hear from Oliver a week later for the 1st draft of our contract.

Not only did Mr. Shaw not call us to confirm or reschedule our meeting time, it took several phone calls before we were able to reach him. When there was finally direct communication from Mr. Shaw, he stated that the company was unable to represent us in this matter. We were given no reason as to why he was disengaging from our representation agreement.

Keep in mind this communication is a week after meeting, and a day before we were expecting the first draft of our contract.

I have never worked with such an unprofessional attorney, in all my years in business.

I do not recommend that anyone use this company, and waste precious time as we have.

My family and I had the unfortunate experience of of signing and paying a dishonest general contractor for a roofing job. After trying to negotiate with the dishonest general contractor myself, TT&McC came recommended to me by a retired lawyer. Hans and Alyssa's team provide excellent legal counsel that brought peace and confidence to our household when we needed it most. TT&McC put our family first by contacting the general contractor directly. Alyssa dropped everything on short notice to call the general contractor when he emailed he wanted to refund the money. Also, they informed us of criminal case options that turned out to be successful.
