I had known Erik for several years through a friend when my wife and I decided to buy a house in Telluride in 2020 and move our three kids from Chicago. Erik and Ian were incredibly helpful during the process, in large part because I foolishly thought Telluride's real estate market was no different than someplace like Chicago. Wrong! I quickly discovered that in a town like Telluride, you need people like Erik and Ian to help you and be dead honest about the unique aspects to real estate here. These guys worked incredibly hard and because of their experience, managed to get us into an unlisted home - that's how good they are.
