He was appointed to me by my ex wife's lawyer. From the beginning he stated that he was not taking this case to trial..from the moment I talked with him..he tried to determine me to not goto to trial..and during this case I had a stroke and couldn't talk..I had to learn how to talk all over again..I wanted to postpone the case to get better..but he didn't do his job advocating for me..didn't return calls and was rude to me and my girlfriend..I hope you haven't hired him yet.. there is anyone better .

It’s now coming up on about two weeks since I called Lopez to inquire about a legal matter. He did not give me the courtesy of a call back. He simply ignored me. Maybe it’s just me but I think that snubbing perspective clients isn’t such a great business model unless of course you have all the business you could ever want or ever need or you were just a rude jerk. Maybe both. So it would appear he doesn’t I don’t need or want your business so my suggestion would be to take it somewhere else who does.

My ex spouse hired this lawyer i have no knowledge of family law i made this man look bad he is unprepared and disorganized and anyone who hired this man will be disappointed and if your spouse hired this man your chances are good but make sure to document everything caus he is disorganized and that will be your leverage in court
