Adams & Martin Group originally contacted me off of Indeed about 8 months ago. A wonderful woman, Paula reached out and was able to get me in line with an interview quickly. Although that interview didn't work out. Paula reached back out after several months to check in and see on any leads for me.
I ultimately began working with Emily Ayers at Adams & Martin, and immediately they were working very hard to find solid positions available for me. I was able to land several interviews within a month.
Not only did I find the part-time work solidified so that I am able to continue school. I had several offers of full time career opportunities in case I wanted to head a different direction!
I couldn't thank Emily enough for her hard work and dedication to empowering me in the workforce.
The jobs I have landed through Adams & Martin Group, will continue to provide solid career development after I finish school. I can tell I will have a long time rapport with Emily for all of my professional needs.

Charlie Fields moved quickly to get me into interviews that were relevant and viable and into a position that's a great fit. Charlie Fields is an excellent recruiter. Within a month of meeting him, I started my first day in a temporary position, and have since been hired for a permanent position. I had never worked with a recruiter before, but, as other reviews have mentioned, he is quick to respond, and his experience and connections are obvious through his diligent attention to my career goals, my priorities, and the opportunities he provided me. Paula Pasternak is wonderful to work with. She gets to know you and then is persistent in her search for exactly the right opportunities for you. She is also excellent in keeping you informed about what's going on. If it seems to be taking a little longer to get a response, she stays in contact. Instead, I was contacted by Morgan McCadden, who guided me and assisted me in finding the perfect job. I can say with 100% certainty that I would still be looking for a job and I would probably end up settling for a much lower paying position if it weren’t for Morgan.
