10/10 highly recommend. Pickel Law firm fought a $20B insurance company for me & won. They have an excellent team that delivered an excellent client experience.

I was struck in a parking lot while walking by a mini SUV speeding 15-25mph. The vehicle hit my right hip, I flew up the windshield, and landed 10ft away on concrete, resulting in multiple bodily injuries. The driver part was apologetic and remorseful (it was an innocent accident).

Unfortunately the $20B insurance company made my life very difficult (eg, neglected paying my medical bills, delayed issuing checks, claimed my injuries were fake), which jeopardized my health/wellbeing, medical recovery, and financial security, straining my family’s resources.

I was in a vulnerable position up against a $20B insurance company with ample resources/networks, operating within a legal system that is unfortunately heavily skewed in their favor.

The Pickel Law-firm went to bat for me, got my medical bills paid, and won a settlement amount that I believe was a good client outcome within the constraints of the law.

Alan, Elizabeth, Chris, Steve, Denise were the folks who helped me. They’re a very experienced, capable, and professional group of people.

They navigated the bureaucratic legal system and managed my expectations very well. They knew the legal system and key players in it. They explained the laws/legal statutes to me so that I understood my recourse options. They proactively updated me throughout the process as things evolved. They were available for questions and heard me out when issues came up on my end. They kept it real with me and I valued their honesty.

Importantly, they won every battle and delivered real results that improved my family’s life in a meaningful way. We’re very grateful.

Overall, this is an excellent team that delivered an excellent client experience.
