They did NOT help with keeping the speeding ticket off my wife’s record. Extremely unresponsive, lawyer showed up late, the courts have a negative opinion of them.

The case was not dismissed, and my wife got driving school, 16 hours of community service, and points. Yes all of that for 25 over in a 45. The Ticket Clinic is a borderline scam. You’re better off fighting the ticket by yourself.

II live in Georgia and I used Ticket Clinic for a super speeder in Florida for a small fee, considering the fine they were able to dismiss the case without having to appear in court in Florida. I am beyond happy with their performance and pricing; I highly recommend.

I had the absolute worst experience with the ticket clinic. The communication was very poor and they kept pushing out my court date without notifying me. I would get a letter in the mail notifying me that my court date was moved a week or two after the day it was meant to take place. By that time, I had already called to check on the results of my case. Would have appreciated the communication BEFORE the court date that it has been moved. They moved my court date FOUR times without notifying me, nor did they give me a reason. It took them half a year to attend my court date. The worst part is, they went in and plead nolo. I had video footage that albeit was a little choppy because it was recovered by data specialist, still VERY clearly showed I was hit and pushed into the car in front of me. I could have plead nolo myself. Unsure why I paid $400 for an “attorney” to not even take my case to trial. Absolute waste of my time and money.

We are not fans of ticket clinic and I’m absolutely disappointed in the representation we received . If you have a speeding violation, there is no point going with these guys, just pay the fine. We got representation hoping he could negotiate our fine down but the lawyer (Tim) simply told us we could plead one of two ways. It was no help at all and rather than saving money on the fine because we are in financial hardship, we ended up having to pay for representation and the full ticket putting us in more financial hardship. Don’t go with ticket clinic, do your own research instead about pleas, pay the fines and move on.
