I’m just writing to say how much we appreciate and enjoyed working with Legacy Law firm. I met Bryan at a work function and started asking questions about the living trust we already had in place but was 10 years old. We had a bad experience with the lawyer that drew up the trust and whenever we had questions, we were made to feel like we should have known the answer to the question and were wasting his time.

From the minute my wife and I met with Bryan it was a very different experience. Questions were encouraged and were answered in a very kind and informative way. Bryan thoroughly reviewed and explained the trust we had and suggested changes to put us in a better position when the time comes to use the trust features. Bryan made two separate trusts for us. Bryan and his team are kind, honest, professionals, and they make you feel like family.

He worked on a flat rate basis, and we were never rushed because of time. Are documents were set up in a nice binder and also given to us electronically. There is even a simple document so we know what to to use for beneficiaries on our different accounts.

Our next step Bryan will help our two young adult children get set up with the needed documents like health care directives, HIPPA , etc. Thank you Legacy Law

I highly recommend working with Bryan Etter and Legacy Law Partners to develop a complete Estate Plan. Bryan’s office is set up to work with clients in person and/or by zoom.
My husband and I enjoyed working with Bryan. He is very friendly and organized. Having a step-by-step method makes it very easy to develop and establish a complete plan in a short period of time. We are confident every aspect of our estate is covered including all our health care and power of attorney documents. We were given a complete copy of all the documents in an easy-to-follow binder for our records and his office has digital records of all our plans at the office.

Attorney Amanda Gilbert-Largent has assisted my husband and I with our estate planning. She has consistently gone above and beyond giving us her time and knowledge from the initial consultation to completion. Her ability to communicate and scaffold all topics afforded us the opportunity to more easily grasp the understanding of the subject matter and the unfamiliar terminology. Her overall expertise of all areas of estate planning is exemplary! In addition attorney Gilbert-Largent never made us feel any question was unimportant. Our trust in her has helped us complete this in a comfortable fashion.

My wife and I used Legacy Law Partners for our estate planning needs. We had plans to complete this necessary life step a couple years ago, but pushed it off.

Attorney Etter made the entire estate planning process so simple. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and personable. Most importantly, he was able to explain everything in layman’s terms, making everything simple to understand. He answered any questions we had and we were never rushed through any step. If we had known how easy the process would be, we would’ve visited Legacy Law years ago.

I highly recommend Attorney Etter and the Legacy Law team for all estate planning needs!

We are so extremely disappointed with this law firm. We were initially impressed until we pre paid in full before all the work was completed ( we were promised all documents would be completed last May).
It is now January and not only is the work incomplete much like other less than stellar reviews ( that have been removed)of this firm and more importantly, there is no response or communication. Our experience was reflected in an earlier honest review. Upon posting, Bryan immediately contacted me, apologized for the lack of communication, office and phone issues and asked me to please remove the poor review and he would resolve and complete all of the outstanding documents. Unfortunately, this has not been done nor has he or anyone from this firm updated us. There is an obvious office administration issue that has led to law office failure. We simply requested that our documents be completed and/ or that we be provided a status update to ensure our Trustee was well informed .Instead ,,we are compelled to seek other options. Sadly, as senior citizens I do NOT recommend engaging with this firm nor paying them before the work is signed, sealed and delivered. As senior citizens and paying clients we are disappointed that we were not treated respectfully and responsibly.

I have mixed reviews of this firm. Amanda is lovely, helpful, thorough and fair. The issue I ran into was when the assistant or associate I was working with left the firm and I got no notice. There were several months where I was sending emails and leaving VMs with no reply. Finally, by posting a google review, I got a response. From there, everything went seamlessly and I was extremely well-taken-care-of.

I feel confident in the advice I received and in the final documents that were prepared for me. I just wish the firm had followed up with me when so much time had passed without completing my docs, and also that their phone and email systems worked a lot better!

Bryan was hired by my brother to handle a probate case without a will in August 2023. For the first couple of months he assured me everything would be handled fair and promptly. But unfortunately that didn't happen. At Legacy Law no one is answering phones or returning calls or voicemails. I have been calling since January 2024 with no response. I'm disabled and reside in FL but finally flew up and went to the office before Labor Day weekend. I spoke to Amanda the office manager and explained the lack of communication and questioned what was going on. I explained what my brother was up to. (Refusing to sell, using Dad's credit card). She had nothing to say except that they may withdraw from the case. So an entire year went by and my brother was able to remain in the house, accumulate debt (taxes, credit cards etc.) and never comply with anything on the Court order including a list of assets. Bryan allowed this to happen and then walked away giving my brother free reign. He never filed a tax return or cared about his obligations. It's difficult to understand why he would do this. I definitely can't recommend this firm so I won't. Even Amanda pretended to care and gave me her card but when I reached out she never responded. They seem to have a huge problem with correspondence. They have caused my family more harm than they realize. No apologies no regards.

Bryan was so helpful in drafting our trust. He was very responsive to any questions we had along the way, and we appreciated the frequency in which we were able to meet and understand the process.
