Their team handled everything seamlessly behind the scenes. They were fighting for our closing the entire time and were so on top of things, I did not need to reach out and coordinate at all. Their team was fully transparent and went through all the documents. They let me know about the road blocks they faced with the seller and the other attorney at the time of closing. Rude and unwelcoming staff. Closing on a home should be exciting and being treated by the staff as if we are invisible was very upsetting. We actually had to drive back to grab a check and hopes a different outcome with staff and still no hello’s - more like “what are you doing here?” looks and gestures.
