My experience with Michelle was extremely disappointing. I initially reached out to Michelle in February for a consultation regarding back taxes and then provided the signed documentation needed to begin the process on February 28th. Michelle emailed me saying “I’ll let you know as soon as I have an update”. I never heard back from her so I followed up on March 25th. Didn’t hear anything back then either, so I followed up again on April 2nd when Michelle told me she was already “in the middle of looking at [my] case” and needed $3,500 transferred to her immediately if she was going to continue work. Since Michelle wasn’t capable of accepting a debit card or bank/EFT transfer I had to jump through hoops to get this money to her ASAP via Venmo.

What followed next was a mad dash to get everything completed before April 15th. I was running all around the city to the IRS, print shops, USPS, etc… Luckily everything was submitted on time and Michelle told me not to worry about the many many letters I would receive from the IRS, just save them up and mail them to her. 

Well when all these very official and scary looking IRS letters started to come in Michelle was completely unresponsive. For months I sent tons of emails and called her office line many times with no response. Eventually the voicemail was disconnected and I gave up.

Don’t make the same mistake I did and get tricked by the old good reviews. I'm not sure what happened between now and then but I wish I had never hired this person.

Michelle helped my wife and myself when our 401k provider miss entered some information on a transfer form to the IRS. We spent the next few months trying to correct the issues on our own. When I fist began to look for help I had no ideal who to trust. After talking to Michelle, she immediately put me at ease. Very quickly, I was sure she knew exactly what needed to be done and how to get it done. And she went to work ASAP, I seen results that same day. Prior to retaining Michelle, I didn't think anyone would be able to help, I was amazed at what she was able to accomplish so quickly. Always professional, quick to respond, and willing to answer all my questions. It's taken quite some time to get my taxes straightened out, but she has hung in there and never wavered. I have compete confidence in her ability and can't say enough good about all the help she has been to me.
It was really difficult to trust someone I've never meet in person and was a thousand miles away. But it was the best decision I've made regarding my tax problems.
