Went to a dinner meeting put on by mason law years ago referred to us by a close freind. I take responsibility for my actions because we went ahead and made an estate plan and will with them because it’s affordable now with our assets and liability low. In my opinion it’s wise to take action now in securing a families future and assets. But I wish I would have been patient and did my research because Leventhal Lewis offers a superior service and product with a personal, professional, competent, commitment to their clients.
Mason Law was pushy, short, disconnected, pretentious and gave long winded open answers and made promises that were never followed thru.
When we called in need of a simple lawyer reference for other litigation needs. They said they couldn’t refer anyone because of liability. We simply asked for their professional opinion and recommendation because they are in the circles. They are in the business. I think Mason Law is phony, plastic, all for show and all about the almighty dollar. So after doing my own research. There are a couple very competent, reliable, law firms with good reputations and without the pushy, plastic, expensive sales pitch and service. When people put together wills and estate plans. That’s a very personal and important undertaking. And there is nothing personal done here. With mason Law you get a cookie cutter approach of one size fits all and passed on to a very young staff.
Clients don’t want that. If we’re gonna pay upwards of 5,000 dollars plus an annual 600. We deserve connection, continuity, competence, commitment and sound communication. Hell these guys only called when it was time to collect. Not to connect. And they didn’t even call me. They called my mother. Just shows complete lack of organization and commitment to clientele. Actions speak louder than words. As farmers, Ranchers, stewards and Shepard’s it’s a duty of ours to have sound character judgement, make healthy decisions, learn from our mistakes, and adjust accordingly. This working relationship with mason law was a mistake. But I’m proud to say we have learned from it, improvised, adjusted and have found a sound business that truly cares about us as parents, as providers, as protectors and as a family unit. I wish you all the best in finding the same confidence and comfort in a law firm helping to secure your present and future success.
