We used Carmine Corvasce Tax preparation for many years prior to his moving to Monument. We ALWAYS had a good experience (he was not fast but his work was excellent). We were excited when we found him again for our 2019 taxes. He initially quoted us a two week turn around. When he extended that deadline we weren’t surprised because of our previous experiences with him. He assured us an extension was filed with the IRS but did not provide supporting documentation. Later he requested new copies of sensitive because he “didn’t have them”. We showed up at our appointed time to sign completed documents at least once and he was closed. Unfortunately, after 6 months of excuses, with no response at all during the last month, we requested our documents be returned ASAP so we could use another preparer. He gave us a “I understand, you’ll have them next week” email and here we are 6 weeks later with nothing... this was once a trustworthy and ethical businessman. Can’t say that was our experience this year. Our misplaced confidence and his unprofessionalism created a headache that won’t soon be fixed!! BEWARE

It is a lot better when you work with a professional tax preparation company. This way i feel safe for my business in Colorado Springs, CO! Tax filling service is very important and I trust this only to Corvasce Tax Return Service & Filing Company! And at the end of the year the tax return service is one of my favorite! Thank you!

Would not waste your time. Ive been having him do my taxes for years but for the past two years nobody picks up the phone or calls back, I finally got through and his wife picked up said he's unavailable then told me to get my taxes done somewhere else. I need a copy of last years taxes for my new tax person and cant get them because nobody picks up the phone! Their son Mike is nice and does taxes but he's MIA too.

I just got married and wanted my taxes to be an easy transition. I came here and the job was done in like 10 minutes. Your agent was able to give me an appointment right away. I think I waited a couple of days but that is because I wanted a certain time slot. I highly recommend your accounting service to anyone.

While at the Corvasce Tax, I was told that I was not allowed to use the restroom while I waited. Then, I was told by the manager, Carmine, during my first appointment that he doesn't like doing younger peoples taxes because they always waste his time. He took some of my information and told me to come back with the rest. When he told me what the price would be a few days later, I told him that I was coming back for my paperwork and I would have someone else do them. He yelled at me over the phone telling me I was wasting his time, and not to set foot on his property that he would meet me out on the road to give me my papers, then hung up on me. When I met him outside his residence, he told me not to get out of my car, and when I said thank you as he handed me my papers, he said " yea whatever. you wasted my freakin time". Very unprofessional person to work with, high prices, and very inflexible. Very rude! Avoid Corvasce tax!

Mr Carmine had a Heart Attack I think in 2019 and I think a second one shortly after. He was the best Tax Preparer we ever had.
