Mimi and her team did an excellent job! Instead of getting a broker to sell my business I went through the Udall team. They spent quality time and discuss all the relative information needed to complete the transaction quickly and proficiently. They were always on top of all the paperwork and procedures and keep me informed throughout the process. It cost less to go through them and have this done than going to a broker. Do not hire this law firm. They represented mean in substantial litigation, and they cost me my business. Out of “an abundance of caution” they filed a brief for the defendant. Legal malpractice charges are forthcoming

the senior partner I consulted with seemed fair ,however the firm managed to suck up whatever balance I had left in the retainer for work claimed as done after a final decision was made by the senior partner that no more work will be done.
