He will tell you how much he is good at it and how long hes been there for him to loose all your cases and to do what a free public defender would do for you! Then take your money to ask for a re appeal and then get denied! He took $1000 just to basically submit a re appeal and they denied that , would not give money back or anything because “ its my time thats why i charged you a $1000” this guy a scamm!

Good morning/afternoon members of the Grievance Committee I want to thank-you for giving me the opportunity to hear me out on facts that have taken place over these last couple of years. I want to get straight to the point. On December 2, 2019, my partner Karen Lee Muir and myself officially signed and entered a legally binding contract with Attorney John F. O'Brien at our First Church Village Resident in Wethersfield Connecticut. On the contract we signed it clearly states word for word "Our goals include obtaining evidence of the wrongdoing being committed against us and taking all necessary actions available to seek criminal prosecution and civil liability." This statement is from Attorney John F. O'Brien himself, which is writtes n his handwriting on said contract, which was jointly signed in the presence of John F. O'Brien by my partner Karen and myself.
The reason for us signing with Attorney O'Brien is Karen and myself had six counts of forgery with HIPPA violations to obtain our medical records that transpired against us. We found this out when we made a complaint against mold growing in our apartment. We did exactly what was asked of us by Attorney O'Brien and presented him with clear facts of the six counts of forgery and HIPPA with punitive damages by none other than World Renowned Forensic Document Examiner Anna Kyle. We presented to Attorney O'Brien a signed affidavit from Anna Kyle as to what she uncovered with our signatures being forged. Since then, Attorney O'Brien has since dismissed this finding, which is directly contradicting his handwritten words on the contract we signed! On numerous occasions the Law Office of Attorney O'Brien has blatantly and continuously lied to me. Many of the lies included: 1) Karen asked Attorney O'Brien if he could retrieve the report of Neglect and Elder Abuse from Patricia Lane's office. Karen and I both wanted to see what was being conjured up to make us bothtriiou
look as we were combative and unruly tenants; and to put two false claims against myself that I was mistreating Karen. Patricia Lane seemed to be playing double agent,she said she worked for Connecticut Community Care (This is a non- profit agency) and The State of Connecticut Social Services Elder and Abuse. Patricia Lane came to my door unannounced and without a badge to have me arrested for elder abuse on Karen, which also happened to be Karen's 60th birthday. I asked Patricia Lane, she had any affiliation with Elliot Lane, the Imagineers attorney who was trying to have Karen and I evicted from the premises during covid -19. Patricia Lane then when to our pastor, Karen's doctors, trying to turn everyone against me with the claim that I was abusing and mistreating Karen. No-one would back Patricia Lanes false claim as everyone knew I gave Karen the up most care. I had two claims fabricated against me by Patricia Lane along with Dina Cerutti; there was also an arrest warrant out for my arrest on fabricated lies of the abuse and mistreatment Karen was receiving by me. When I went to turn myself in with my Attorney Peter Solesvy the arrest warrant magically disappeared. Unbeknownst to Mrs. Land and Mrs. Cerutti I overheard a statement Mrs. Lane stated to Mrs. Cerutti, "you're one of my good friends!" After hearing this statement, I was very concerned for my freedom and life. I asked Attorney O'Brien if Mrs. Lane is any how connected to or related to Elliot Lane, who happens to be the lawyer for Imagineers. (Imagineers is the place where Karen and I rented from; and who are connected to our signatures being forged along with our HIPPA rights being violated.) Attorney O'Brien never did give us a direct reply to the question that I asked. His reply was, "I will get back to you." I never did receive an answer to this question However, one statement Attorney O'Brien did state to us in hisown words, "this is the most corrupt case I have ever seen!" Yet he sits here today contradicting this statement with more lies. Good people like yourself can see In between the lines. Sincerely Daniel DeBella & Karen Muir.
