Tim just mediated a case before me. He was, as he always is, a master of the subtle art of negotiating a case. Ever the professional. A fine dresser. 😊 He always insists the hearings be in-person, which I think comes from his social nature and old school respect for the process.

I would like to thank Timothy O’Keefe and his amazing staff in handling my first case, regarding a dog bite. O’Keefe and his staff were very polite and very professional. O’Keefe even took the time to explain to me page by page about all of my documents. He responded on every email and text that I had questions and concerns and I received answers back right away. When I needed appointments rescheduled they also were very flexible with my schedule. I would highly recommend Timothy O’Keefe and his firm. I have had to file a grievance on this one of the attorneys in that firm. He has lied about everything and has done everything in his power to cover up what he has done wrong. Even when you bring it down to just a man there is a lack of integrity and honesty.
