I have known Ben for over 20 years and not only is he a terrific real estate atty but he is also a top flight zoning lawyer.

Ben helped us obtain Board of Zoning Exception for a duplex-to-triplex conversion. My real estate agent and permit consultant both cited him as the go-to lawyer in New Haven for this sort of work.
