Matt and his team did an amazing job. I am SO disheartened to see this one person who left a negative review because my experience was absolutely opposite to what she is saying. Arcadia Cleanouts came highly recommended by my realtor and after the death of a close family member our heads were spinning. having so much to do and not wanting to get taken advantage of. The quote outlined in contract was extremely fair. In liquidating the estate, it takes time for items to sell, not every piece gets liquidated in one fell swoop... so for example maybe items 1-15 sold in month 1 and items 15- 25 sold by month 3. I am guessing the woman who left the sour review is either a competitor or a customer who didn't recognize this aspect of the process. Matt, the owner, would never take advantage of someone. My realtor has worked with him for over a decade and more than once has remarked on his trustworthiness.

Bear Beatty of Branford, CT was sole owner of Estate Solutions CT, LLC business est.1994. He had never had a partner. (ct.gov). Matt Sachs of Arcadia Cleanouts & Liquidation trained and worked with Mr. Beatty initially; several years later Matt returned. Matt then worked as Site Manager ending May 2023. Matt's testimony honoring Bear is lovely as is his inclusion of a treasured family photo on the AC&L website.

Great job. The guys were courteous, respectful, professional and got the job done. Matt took time to walk through the house with me and he found some items that required special care that I overlooked. I would use them again if I needed to.
