I can’t thank Jon, Brianna and the rest of the Biller, Sachs & Robert team enough. Jon and his team were very professional, easy to understand and extremely thorough. I found both Jon and Brianna to be straight forward and to the point.

We had a botched construction job at our home. The installer and manufacturer both denied responsibility and made a “good will offer“ of a very small dollar amount which was completely unreasonable. The short of it is Jon was able to prove liability on the installers part and won us more than 15 times the initial offer. I hope I never need Jon’s assistance again but if I do I feel confident with him on my side!!!!

Jon Biller and his firm were a lifeline to us after 15 months of unsuccessful negotiations on a property damage claim that was going nowhere. We had spent $$$$ and countless hours b/w our team of legal counsel, private adjuster, contractor in negotiation with the insurance adjuster and were emotionally traumatized and exhausted without making any progress.
