Well, to start off I tried to get SSDI before. It was 3 yrs of denial, & NO communication with the inexperienced lawyer, nice person but never kept in touch really.... It was during COVID, & my hearing was on Zoom with a biased, Mass Judge because RI had none. So, I lost. My life, & my conditions got worse. Having emotional breakdowns, & barely can walk for more than 2 hrs. I'm in extreme pain half my days!! I feel like a burden to others!! So enter me trying again in March....

Joanne was so considerate and helpful while I tried to explain my experiences with the Veterans Administration's ability to destroy someone's life with a denial. I was homeless and in severe lower lumbar pain and what felt like a severe case of whiplash in my neck.
