Letting this law firm represent me was the WORST choice. They were to take a percentage of my settlement. To my knowledge they did. FOUR YEARS LATER they began to garnish ALL of my benefits. Won’t return letter or calls. Save yourself and go somewhere else!!!!!

Beginning to see why all the bad reviews. I’ve been trying for the last 3 or four weeks to reach this lady to see if she would represent me in my ssdi case to no avail. I have left voicemails and emails with no luck. I have been unable to reach ANY human being at all there! Doesn’t seem like the correct model for running a successful business, but what the hell do I know?

They don't even deserve the 1 star I gave them. If all you are looking for is a paper pushing lawyer than they are the ones for you. I hired Debra 2 Yeats ago for an SSI case I only heard from her 3 times in the 2 years. She never returned any of my calls and also never discussed any of my medical records. We went in front of the judge only asked 3 questions. When I got my denial letter I had called her 5 times and never heard back. If she had gone over my records with me we would have been able to clear up some of the things that were false that I didn't even know were in there till I received the letter from the judge. Since than on my own have been able to get a lot straightened out in the few days since and still have no clue what the next step is because like always she is avoiding my calls. I was even at one time told yes she is here than shortly the man got back on the phone and said she had left for the day. I strongly would not refer this law firm to my worst enemy they are awful

Debra King is the WORST lawyer ever!! DON'T, repeat DON'T use her or King LAW Firm aka King and Associates. After signing the contract to represent me she NEVER returned a single phone call from me. Only did she do so once I sent a Certified letter by U. S. mail that I was rightfully terminating our contract as never kept in touch with me nor worked on my Case until receiving the said letter. She is the exact reason lawyers/attornies have bad reputations.

I myself work for a law firm, however we do not specialize in Social security. My mother had been applying for social security since 2011 it was very evident that she was unable to work due to her health conditions. We had many disappointments and were denied several times, but Debra never gave up. I appreciate all she has done for my mothers’ case throughout the years .

Super helpful and extremely informing while friendly I spoke with Mr. Kings Nephew I believe I was looking for a law office who would submit a application to the Social Security Office applying for disability benefits from the Government Explained to him my case told him basicly my whole lifes events while convinced I'm disabled and can't work. I shared with him my medical diagnosis and primary care medical file along with my concent for my primary care doctor to discuss my health records and anwser any questions he had of me to provide facts to support his staments of myself he found to submit a strong application as required to be granted benefits. And he told me and showed me past applications where people had infact a disability and couldn't work to support one in such condition to live healthy and stable but still got denied and told they were not legally considered disabled as a final determination and then showed me different types of disabilities people had and got awarded benifits and amount because of DOB over or the age 47 automatically puts you at a 50% guarantee and proof of amount of years you obtained steady employment so they can determine your amount of cash benefits you qualifed based on your lifes earnings and and yearly salary all above 10 years and to date And then explained to me under his professional judgement he believed I didn't have a strong enough case to get a high amount of votes from the head board of SS I was about 27 years away to qualify for the automatic 50% likely to be worth my time however INSISTED if I disagreed with him he would more than willingly continue to submit my application to his best ability. I felt his answer and his feedback was intelligent,sincere and genuinely confident. Very very good law firm and to set it all off NEVER once talked about a payment from me after a hour phone call all him getting a understanding of my self for him to direct me to me to a program I didnt know existed and I would however qualify for and was a good candidate and it provides me with the help i needed.
