I worked with the Attorneys at Heritage Law for the last 18 months to assist with various matters related to the settlements and distributions of and from family trust accounts after the passing of a family member. The team at Heritage Law assisted immeasurably with outlining the entire process, from drafting of initial trust documents through the needed interactions with courts and related filings. Heritage Law prepared all documents for signature, kept me on track and informed, and provided instruction and counsel on other accounts that needed opening along the way to facilitate distributions. They were always available, returned any calls, and were very proactive to ensure everything was accomplished on time, accurately, and professionally. They also worked well with the family CPA, to facilitate information flow to ensure the CPA had what was needed for Fed and State filings.
