Very fast and easy. The staff was comical, but professional. I first was taken back, by the process of what I needed this for, because who has time anymore, if you work a full time job, and have an infant? Hassle-free. Online appointments readily available, and fast! Very pleased with the service. Thank you guys.

The person I worked with for fingerprinting was one of the rudest I’ve ever met. I wasn’t told ahead of time I needed to register for fingerprinting before I got there online. I was forced to try to accomplish it on my phone, but the website isn’t made for phones. Then she tried to get me to call the service center, which also didn’t work. She then proceeded to huff and do the registration herself and tell me I was holding everyone behind (despite the fact that another person was also going through the same process). Then she typed in the wrong information on my credit card so it was declined and she criticized me for having a declined card. She put the wrong information in, which is why it was declined. Something that is an annoyance anyway but should be quick and painless ended up being degrading and taking 40 minutes. Never going here again.
