I had a last minute issue that I needed to hire an attorney for to help a friend. I Googled attorneys in Santa Rosa, and called five in the area. It was a weekend and critical I speak to an attorney right away. Justin Milligan answered his phone, patiently listened to the case and gave me solid advice in helping me immediately. We followed up on Monday to meet in person at his office. He resolved the issue by Wednesday. His price was reasonable and he was flexible in working with me under the circumstances.
