I recommend Mr. Bailey's legal services with the highest of accolades. Frank has been our family's attorney for over 10 years and his personal, thoughtful and kind attention has been exemplary. We discovered we had a serious tax dilemma at a time when my husband was diagnosed with cognitive disorder - he had made errors. Neighbors recommended me to big firms with multiple partners but I found solace in Frank's personal attention and empathy for our situation. More importantly, he was able to shepherd us through this with the minimal penalty, given the scenario of my husband being medically impaired. It was stressful but he was patient, careful and effective in reaching a fair resolution. Upon my husband's passing he was also very attentive and supportive with a complex estate situation which is now successfully completed. If you want someone who is a good listener and in your corner, Mr. Bailey is the person to see. His credentials are top shelf. But he's approachable and has high attention to detail, which is imperative to addressing most legal matters. I am grateful for his service to my family.

Not long after engaging a realtor to represent me in the purchase of a new home, red flags began to emerge. I read up on when one should retain a real estate attorney’s service for these matters and learned that purchasing a “sale by owner” property was highly advisable. I wish I had taken this advice. By the time I retained Frank Bailey, it had become abundantly clear that my former realtor, seemingly unmoored by any sense of fiduciary obligations, had forfeited my best interests for their own pecuniary purposes. My options were few. Thanks to Mr. Bailey’s excellent counsel, timely plan to preserve the integrity of the transaction, and his efficient and helpful staff, the real estate transaction concluded on schedule. Most importantly, Mr. Bailey took care of everything, from officially dismissing the duplicitous real estate brokers, obtaining all the escrow papers, summoning a notary to his office to arrange for my final “walkthrough” the following day with the sellers. The entire experience with Mr. Bailey and his associates went a long way towards mitigating the damage and emotional upset with which I was faced. My only regret is that I did not retain Frank Bailey at the outset. I would highly recommend Mr. Bailey without reservation.

Frank Bailey has been my attorney while working through a complex and difficult estate closing.
We faced considerable difficulties as the opposing counsel presented various assertions and claims. Frank's approach was to first meet with me and understand my thoughts, then discuss the various approaches to take.
The key takeaway that left such an impression on me while working with Frank was that he truly wanted to better understand my thoughts before proceeding. Some of my ideas were good and some were not, but his thoughtful and measured counsel guided me to a much better outcome.
Frank has a very calm and friendly personality and was always available to take my calls when something came up.
Professional and responsive! I highly recommend Frank and strongly suggest when looking for legal counsel, to talk with Frank first before making your decision.

The person answering the telephone falsely represented herself as an attorney. "We don't answer questions over the phone" are you an attorney? "We dont...." are you an attorney?
"No". Then don't represent yourself As one. Can I speak to an attorney? Maybe he can determine if my question can be answered over the phone. "We don't answer questions over the phone" but your not an attorney, can I speak to.... this went on. I chose to use another firm. This person soured this firm for me right off the bat. Good luck if you choose to use this firm.
