I live at West Walk I have lived here since July 2020. Nov 23 2020 my bedroom ceiling began leaking I called my landlord because I pay her not collect associates. She had roofers come out 3 times and to no avail it wasn’t fixed. This past rain storm in Sept 2022 I woke up to it pouring in my bedroom. I personally had the shower checked for issues because all the tiles are loose and buckled and every time I clean them grout falls out - I will no longer clean these tiles because I now get a puddle in my kitchen from what the landlord claims collect associates repaired snow leaks 17 years ago and 6 years ago which I find strange that it went through my neighbors spare room with out it getting wet and into My kitchen as the buildings are interlocked this way. Also my neighbor at 85 remodeled their entire apt as they just moved in and it needed updating unlike my landlord who hasn’t updated a thing and their plumber said there was a leak in her bathroom that came from mine which my landlord again blames collect association for. She had a mold report done as I was tested July 2022 and Sept 2022 because I have been getting progressively sicker the mold went up in my blood work. The reason we even did the mold test was my MD couldn’t find any reason for my symptoms and my MD and I were talking about the leak so he tested me for mold. I have been out of work from the illness since May 27 2022 because of the affect on my lungs sinuses GI system and rashes. Well 22 months later (almost a month ago collect associates cut a 3’ x 3’ hole where the leak was finally found a competent roofer who fixed the leak and collect associates left the hole for almost a month and to date Oct 6 th it is still there with the mold just spewing out. After they cut the hole I got on the step ladder to look at the underside of the Sheetrock it is Still full of mold I sent pictures immediately to collect associates and the landlord and as usual received no response. The landlord refused to check the tiles that I had tested and the highest amount of water should be 20. Mine ranges from 120 to 1000. Her response was I don’t want to cut the tiles then I will have to remodel the bathroom. 4 times were previously removed and are a different color. So apparently my life and illness that is very serious doesn’t matter and the land lord will not give me the mold report to give to my Dr for treatment. The mold spores will be in my furniture and belongings. I can’t get the report and I don’t want to take mold report .

The Worst property management I have ever had to deal with!! People are in the office are so rude as if you’re bothering them or that your complaint is not valid or important !!!! they never call you back hours after the issue. Then You have to fill out a form for the pool , get it to them and then they give you one pass for the pool!! you could have a family of five and you get one pass !!!if you lose it the lady said oh too bad you’ll have to fill out another form .. which takes days . So then you cannot go in the pool !!!so that is the first nightmare dealing with this property group one pass for a family ridiculous !!!!! Then the washing machines they have there are pieces of garbage that don’t even clean your clothes and constantly swipe her money off your card. Then then when you run out of money on your card you have to go all the way to the bank to get cash, run back up to the card machine to add money on your card !! It is the worst kind of set up I have ever dealt with!!!! these cards we should be able to put money on it right from our bank accounts But some genius like decide to have the system which makes no sense!! It’s inconvenient, uneconomical and takes way too much time just to do laundry!!! Also told them my thermostat is broken weeks ago !! Never heard back !!!!

They keep mailing me a collection notice for a bill that has been paid for. I have told them twice to check with my doctors office Twinshore that it’s been paid. My doctors office has told me twice that it is paid for. I’ve called three times and they never seem to be able to pick up the phone or hear night voice on the other end and then they just hang up.

Saw them on my credit report. Believed it to be an error. Called them up, and they handled immediately. And even called back twice. No one likes collection agencies, but they were really nice.. So modifying my review to 4 stars.. They lose the fifth star just because they are a collection agency.. 🙂 Good experience

put a fifty dollar co pay charge on my account when i know for a fact i paid that money. it was WELL after my appointment so i would have not been seen if that was not paid first. the girl must have pocket the money. this need to be straightened out or someone will be FACEBOOK FAMOUS!

Does not return phone calls or fill out paperwork in a timely manor. Holds up business deals hecause of that. Very poor performance.

They do not care. Multiple of people around my neighborhood has called and contacted them about a mouse issue we’re all having, about my back porch stairs being broken and they don’t care to fix it. We call and nothing. No help at all

Not responsive to people’s needs. Potential quality of life issues and no response or follow up. Don’t waste your time.
