A super attorney everyone should consider! He works around your schedule to make the process as easy as possible. Timothy Brown is a very knowledgeable, caring and helpful attorney. He talks to you as a person, not just a client. I had a very rough year financially and did not know what to do. I contacted Tim first and knew he was the attorney for me. Tim was very caring and understanding about the fact that things happen in life to good people. He did not judge me about my situation and took the time to takes step by step through the bankruptcy process, so I understood everything that was going to happen. He really put me at ease in a very stressful time. Even with the bankruptcy final, he continues to support me answering any questions I may have. He is always just a phone call or email away. I don't know about everyone else but not knowing anything about the bankruptcy process I felt extremely lost and in a panic to search for a good bankruptcy lawyer. I interviewed with 3 other attorneys before choosing Timothy Brown, and I'm very grateful that I chose him. I had one bankruptcy attorney that I interviewed with lie to me, another one felt like a chop shop and the receptionist talked loudly to me in front of all the other people there about my personal information, and the other ones I didn't feel had enough knowledge. But Timothy was fantastic! He was extremely knowledgeable, forthright and very kind. He always answered my questions when I emailed him or called him, in a timely manner, and was always professional and thorough. I would recommend him to anyone, 100%!!

Timothy Brown is very friendly and tells you what you need to know and not what you want to hear. He gets the job done and tells you the process of what's going to happen and approximately when it will happen. A friend used his service and was happy overall, but although he does have a busy schedule, sometimes returned phone calls take days. Even if they're important. But my friend did say he'd use Mr. Brown again if he needed to.

He takes his time with you making sure you're comfortable and understand everything. When you have questions you can call him directly or email him and he responds right away.
