Attorney Newton was absolutely wonderful to work with. I had a very delicate case that had a lot of moving pieces. She was always professional and has a vast knowledge of the legal system. Going through court can be a very stressful situation and through it all, Attorney Newton was a breath a fresh air. I appreciate her support and patience with me, her responsiveness, her attentiveness, and willingness to answer all of my questions. My lawyer neglected to tell me vital information after my case was "finished" and I had to hire another law firm to clean up the mess. The law firm also rushed through my case, not allowing me to present other information that knew would have helped my case. I understand hiring a law firm comes with costs, but being charged $50 to leave a 10-second voicemail seems excessive! The money I spent on this firm was not worth the price especially as I had to hire another law firm to clean up after them. I would strongly caution anyone to think twice about using this law firm!

Gehris and Associates did a wonderful job helping my husband and I out with our house. Also answering questions on will's and trusts.
The staff is so kind, wonderful and full of knowledge. They really have your best interest at heart.

We hired Gehris to set up a trust for our dad. The WHOLE REASON to set up a trust is to protect the biggest assets.. which is usually the house. THEY DIDN'T PUT MY DAD'S HOUSE IN THE TRUST! They didn't tell us we needed to have the beneficiaries names put on the house title, bank accounts, car title, etc. We are not lawyers, and wouldn't know to do all of those things. They offered to represent us for "free" if the house had to go probate.. which could last well over a year! We spent $1,000's to have the trust done. We have ZERO CONFIDENCE in the law firm, and had to spend MORE money hiring a different lawyer.

This agency was used by a friend for a family law case. Nothing was done by the lawyer to adjust any of the issues and my friend ended up paying $4,000. Be careful and question what they will do and how much they are charging for every piece of paperwork. 30 minutes is $125. He had a strong case and in the end settled for nothing just to be done because the amount of lawyer fees ended up having him come out worse than if he had not brought it to court.

Everyone here is very knowledgeable and very polite. After years of struggling thru a terrible divorce, I finally have some peace of mind and actually found an attorney I can trust. Tiffany is taking care of everything and charging a fair price instead of trying to bleed me dry like all the other firms I've spoken to. I would definitely recommend Gerhis and Associates and my advice is not to wait.....hire them today!
