Nice enough guy, but it was difficult to get him to respond to emails or phone calls in a timely manner. He didn’t show up to a scheduled pretrial conference and said he forgot and had something else scheduled. It’s disappointing because that is something important to people being represented who have something at stake, yet it is just a job for him.

Very unprofessional, untrustworthy, and is technologically challenged. Flipped out over email and does not want to represent MetLife Legal Plans as they must pay less than his desired rate. Andrew Tice said my case was not significant enough to be worth his time.
