Richard Wintory prefers to only represent Caucasian clients. Aside from doing an extremely worthless job of representing me, everytime I was in his office I overheard him making bigoted and racist remarks against people of color. When a potential client of color comes his way, he just uses them as a grab-and-dash opportunity to take their money and never perform 1 single legal task. This satisfies some sort of past grievance he has against minorities. The worst part of all this- I reached out to a previous client of his who is a Caucasian female, and he charged her half the ammount he charged me for the exact same type of family law matter. This is an attorney that all men and women need to avoid regardless of their ethnic background, but for all of my minorities out there, you've been warned.

Richard described my ex's behavior as "completely unreasonable, disrespectful and completely unnecessary barrage of abuse". My ex was held accountable for his horrific behavior in the divorce decree. The trust account was properly maintained from the sale of the house and boat. The payments, including the IRS, were appropriately processed.

There was confidence in relying on a team that clearly knew what they were doing. They confirmed answers to my questions and requests to keep me out of trouble. Their sense of humor made my living nightmare and health concerns lighter. Their passion for the case gave me the confidence of having a successful divorce outcome.

Richard Wintory went in front of a judge and didn't even know my case that well. His paralegals have to prompt him and he has a new one every time. He charges exorbitant fees for simple questions and never followed through on my child support modification request however charged me $800 and nothing was even submitted or done. I will never use him again.

This attorney doesnt even show up for court. He tried to have my sons vaccines stopped. He wont answer a single question you ask.
He just says give me more money or you havent paid me for that. The truth is he doesnt know the answer to basic legal topics. He will make up every excuse in the book to be absent from court and fail to represent you after you've already signed his "fine print retainer." This guy is a snake in the grass who has his own firm because he cant work with certified lawyers. His entire goal is to take your money and run off with it without ever doing any actual legal work. This snake in the grass should be DISBARRED.
